Our lifetime warranty covers any issues related to the manufacturing of the jewelry product. This includes defects such as loose stones, broken clasps, or other issues that may occur due to a problem in the manufacturing process. One-Year Coverage
In addition to our lifetime warranty, we also offer a one-year coverage for damages from normal wear and tear. We understand that jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, and that with regular use, it may experience some wear and tear over time. Our one-year coverage ensures that if any such damage occurs within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
