Orders that require shipping within the United States will be delivered within two to five days, depending on your preferred shipping method. You can go to our Track Your Order page to track your package. We'll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, to despatch and delivery. After your order is placed and fulfilled, we'll also send you tracking information via email. Please get in touch if your order hasn't been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Yes, to ensure your jewelry is delivered safely we require an adult signature on all orders over $500,  Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands. If you have any issues with delivery or shipping, please reach out to Hey@Forever Lucid.Store

If your package is marked as delivered and you're unable to locate it, or the tracking information has not updated in several days, please contact us at Hey@ForeverLucid.Store Please make sure to check with neighbors or your building security/lobby, as couriers may deliver to an incorrect address. Forever Lucid will open an investigation. Please note, FedEx and UPS investigations can take up to 14 business days to close.  Forever Lucid is unable to offer a refund or replacement until the package is deemed lost.  Our team will provide you with updates as we receive them!

We will email you a return label, Once received, Stick the pre-printed return label on the center of the box and your pre-printed return address on the top left corner of the box. You will need to pay for return shipping when returning an item.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we'll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three to seven days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
